Description
P84 Filter Bag
It can operate continuously at a temperature of 204°C (instantaneous temperature of 250°C) and can withstand repeated instantaneous fluctuations of 250°C, and has excellent dimensional stability, with a thermal shrinkage rate of less than 1% at 250°C, and excellent high-temperature stability. Good chemical resistance at low concentrations of acids and alkalis and most hydrocarbons do not affect it, and even small amounts of fluoride do not significantly corrode it. This filter media has been proven to be widely used in the field of high-temperature filtration, and can maintain high strength and high wear resistance for long-term use. In addition, it has good dimensional stability. Compared with glass fiber, its wear resistance and folding resistance are incomparable to glass fiber. Therefore, it has high temperature resistance and long service life, and is the preferred filter material for bag filters in high-temperature filtration occasions.
